Shipping Policy

SHIPPING
We provide in-house shipping services as a courtesy to our customers through Bunting Market. Shipments are typically processed within one week, depending on the volume of outstanding invoices and pending shipping tasks. As Bunting Market routinely ships more than 100 packages per week, please allow adequate time for the packing process to be completed.
For customers requiring expedited service, Bunting Market may be able to deliver items to a UPS Store for professional packing and shipment. Please note that this option can often be significantly more expensive. In certain instances, a packing and materials fee of $10–$20 will apply, depending on the quantity and type of materials used. For example, large art boxes cost $10 each, while dish sets require additional materials and handling. A standard 6 x 6 x 2 box suitable for most coins and jewelry ships for approximately $22.55.
Once items have been packed and the boxes have been weighed and measured, the credit card used for the purchase will be charged for the shipping cost. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are sent using the most economical method available.
Items that require freight shipping must be coordinated directly by the buyer. We are happy to cooperate with the freight carrier of your choice to facilitate this process.
Reminders
Shipments with a total declared value exceeding $500 will only be sent to the billing address on file. No exceptions will be made.
Shipments with unpaid shipping charges will be held for a maximum of two (2) weeks, after which time the items will be considered abandoned.
We will make multiple attempts to process payment using the card on file; however, due to limited storage capacity, we are unable to hold unpaid items beyond the stated period.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the credit card information on file is accurate and up to date.

This shipping policy is superseded by policies set forth by Bunting Auction & Market in their Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and return procedures as they are the entity who both house the inventory and process transactions for Vintage Bayside Curiosities.
